About Shelby:
Shelby Wilson joined the Mosaic team in November of 2019 as the Construction Administrative Assistant. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University in 2015 and a Master of Business Administration from Anderson University in 2019. From 2015-2018 she worked for Menards, where she found success in reducing turnover and increasing employee morale and was named as a Top 10 in the company for HR. Her experience managing vendor services in property management provided a natural segue for her to enter the commercial construction industry as an administrative professional.
Shelby is an active member of the BCA Young Professionals Forum. Her personal interest in wellness has led her to assist in developing workplace wellness programs. She was awarded Runner Of the Year by the Anderson Road Runners running group for partaking in three full marathons in one year and has been a member of the Sole Sisters Running Club for five years.

Responsibilities:
In her role she interacts with subcontractors and vendors regularly in order to prequalify them according to the Mosaic standards, as well as process contracts and correspondence from project managers. She assists project engineers and project managers in maintaining all documents associated with projects from beginning to end in order to provide clerical accuracy for contracts and billing.
