About Nathan:
Nathan Menor joined the Mosaic team in January of 2021 as an Assistant Project Manager after previously interning the prior two summers with Mosaic. Before Mosaic, Nathan worked for Strahm Group as a Project Management Intern and one summer for Strebig Construction gaining valuable experience working in the field. He graduated in December of 2020 from Purdue University in West Lafayette earning a Bachelor of Science degree studying Construction Management. Nathan has applied the skills from both the classroom and from working out in the field while taking on greater responsibility throughout his time at Mosaic, proving his flexibility and emphasis on professional growth. Through his short time with the company, he has been involved in jobs ranging from 1—26 million dollars working on his project management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities. Nathan has since built good relationships with owners, vendors, and Mosaic staff, promoting job efficiency and smooth coordination. Nathan is looking forward to getting involved in local professional and leadership associations to further his professional development. In his free time, Nathan enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling to his second home (Hawaii), and playing golf in the summer.
Responsibilities:
Nathan works as part of the operations team within the company. As Assistant Project Manager, he acts as a liaison to the lead project manager and the day-to-day activities/tasks on the projects. Nathan interacts with Mosaic field staff daily as well as vendors/subcontractors to ensure proper coordination on each job. He is often in constant communication with owners to ensure proper understanding and gauging comfort levels throughout the construction process. In his role, Nathan gathers costs, creates schedules, collects/distributes submittals, procures material, drafts contracts, and has his hand in most document processing on his jobs. He also takes part in some of the estimating on smaller jobs and performs takeoffs for material pricing.
